At Rosmarin Australia, we’re committed to getting your jewellery to you safely and promptly.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., you received a wrong product or variant).

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photo proof of the issue must be provided in your email.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@rosmarin.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images.

2. No Returns for the Following
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or style preference

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

  • Wear and tear from use

  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging

  • Delays caused by shipping providers (once shipped, we are not liable for third-party delays)

Due to the hygienic and delicate nature of jewellery and accessories, we cannot resell returned items. Thank you for understanding.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery method. Rosmarin Australia is not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Return Address

Please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
