1. Where we Ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Standard Shipping : is available with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days *. The flat rate for this option is $10; however, orders over $95 qualify for free shipping.
Click & Collect: allows you to pick up your order within 1 business day*. Same-day pickup is also available for orders placed before 1 PM.
*Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and external courier delays.
Please note that estimated delivery times refer to business days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Important Notes

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your parcel is returned to us due to a delivery issue (e.g., wrong address or unclaimed), re-delivery will incur an additional shipping fee.

If your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting your local post office. Unfortunately, we are not liable for missing parcels marked as delivered.
